1. This is light green solid. Beside stable sealing quality, there are some characteristics as follows:
(1) Excellent anti-impurities ions property. Running water can be used to prepare bath liquid.
(2) wide process range: Operation temperature 20-35℃. Provided with extending time properly, it has still excellent sealing effect at 15℃.
(3) Easy operation: bath liquid has strong buffer capacity to acid or alkaline. It is not frequently needed to adjust pH value. The consumption of Fluorine and Nickel can achieve balance basically.
(4) Suitable to thick film it can be used to cold sealing of thick anodic coating(20-30℃) on aluminum profile;
(5) Strong inhibition to"smut";
(6) Clear anodic coating on aluminum profile may became greenish after sealing. |

3. Bath Maintenance: |
(1) In order to decrease contamination to bath liquid, aluminum profile must be washed carefully before sealing. The pH in rinsing water is not lower than 4.5;
(2) during the normal production, analyse the concentrations of Ni2+ , F- and pH value daily.
a. Keep the concentration of Ni2+ at 0.9-1.3g/L,not less than 0.8g/L and the concentration of F- at 0.3-0.6g/L,not less than 0.3g/L;
b. Control pH value at 5.5-6.5.If pH value is not met to process requirement, adjust pH value with dilute acetic acid (or dilute HF acid), dilute NaOH (or dilute ammonia water) |
